2001-Present, Law Offices of Jerry Bosch, LLC, Managing Member and Owner.  We represent and counsel our friends, family and neighbors who have been charged with a crime or suffered injury. We have litigated and obtained seven figure settlements for our clients. We have handled felony and misdeameanor cases ranging from DUI to kidnapping.

1998-2001, The Spence Law Firm, Associate.  Worked for national law firm that represented individuals in mainly personal injury matters including wrongful death, toxic torts and medical negligence.

1992-1998, Stevens & Lee, PC, Associate.  Represented financial institutions in the negotiation and documentation of commercial financing including front-end documentation, restructurings and workouts.  Represented numerous companies in the negotiation and documentation of various types of mergers and acquisitions.  Represented borrowers in the negotiation and documentations of various types of structured financing.

1990-1992, Thrift Drug, Co., Corporate Real Estate Group.  Responsible for negotiating and documenting various ancillary parts of commercial real estate transactions involving the “Thrift Drug” and “JCPenney” chain stores in various states.
